I never wanted kids, but I never thought I will have an abortion.
I didn’t realize it will be the 5 seconds I will regret for the rest of my life. I don’t regret terminating it, I regret having to be in that situation in the first place. What makes it less painful is knowing that even if I did not terminate it, I still wouldn’t have carried it anyway. To me, it was never meant to be.
